to convert the campus phone system to Avaya VOIP PBX from an older AT&T system.

Assisted Project Manager with the 911 audit report, this involved working
with a database to organize and update the location of phones around campus.

Tested and Implemented new firmware for the VOIP phones before releasing
it in the actual production server.

Assisted Project Manager with Uploading and managing configurations to Extreme switches.

Collaborated with field technicians during NCAA college football home games with some phone
and radio troubleshooting around the stadium.
